Addressing the integrated wall and floor requirements for C/D-class cleanrooms, this study analyzes the high durability performance of water-based polyurethane self-leveling in GMP workshops: resistance to epoxy delamination, tolerance to HO/VHP and IPA disinfection, and seamless ease of cleaning. On-site demonstrations include system samples of cement-based self-leveling + polyurethane overlay + rounded baseboards, benchmarked against the French A+ release standard, providing a verifiable solution for engineering modifications.
